You Stay in Control

We believe families should have a genuine opportunity to get to know a potential carer before making a decision. You can ask questions, discuss expectations and consider whether you feel comfortable with the person.

If you decide to proceed, you and the independent carer discuss and agree the arrangement directly. Live In Care Partners does not provide, supervise or manage the personal care arrangement following an introduction.

When you speak with a potential carer, you may want to ask about:

What If I Don't Find the Right Person Straight Away?

Finding the right person can take time.

You should never feel that you have to proceed with an introduction simply because someone is available. If a potential carer does not feel right for your family, you can say so and consider your options.
